Camera app sucks! Just stopped working on the app. 7/2020
Samsung really sucks. Bought DVR systems worked well for a few days and now it wont connect at all. Tried re starting re setting but nothing worked
Stopped working after a year can't connect to my phone anymore sucks
Camera is great at home but cannot connect my mobile app any more. Just stopped 2orkinf one day. Will only work on phone if I am connected to same WiFi at home. That doesn't help me much.
Seriously it’s 2018 these cameras cost a lot of money the cameras work fine but the app is ridiculous come on update the app read your reviews do your homework people or I think you should refund everyone their money BS everyone should file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau
